The short version: we don't collect your data.

What we collect

Nothing. DuckDollar has no accounts, no signup, and no tracking. You don't provide us any personal information to use any tool on this site. All calculator inputs stay in your browser tab and are never sent to our servers.

Browser storage

One tool, the Debt Payoff Planner, lets you save your debt entries in your browser's localStorage so you don't have to re-enter them on your next visit. This is optional — there's a checkbox to enable it — and the data stays entirely on your device. It's never sent to any server. You can clear it anytime by unchecking the save option or using the tool's reset button.

No other tool stores anything in your browser.

Third-party services

Google Fonts. DuckDollar loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Contact form. The contact page uses a form powered by Fillout. If you submit the contact form, your message and any information you provide are processed by Fillout. See Fillout's privacy policy for details.

Advertising. This site uses advertising to cover operating costs. Ad networks may use cookies to serve relevant ads. We don't control which cookies ad networks set, but you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings or via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.

Analytics

DuckDollar does not currently use analytics software. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
